As a mother we face the awesome responsibility of raising a child. What a beautiful gift and privilege, and yet one that can also be incredibly hard.

You may be here today because you are experiencing some of the following challenges.

• Stressed by everyday demands
• Need to know how to better care for
yourself & your needs
• Anxious about every little thing
• Want to be a better parent, wife, person
• Trying to balance a career with being a mother
• Juggling the role of mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend ...
• Feel overwhelmed easily

You may be saying, “Yikes, I feel all of the above at the same time!”

As a mom we try so hard to please everyone and that daily pressure can be a lot to bear. We soon realize that we are feeling very tense and that we've lost our sense of balance, perspective, and yes, sometimes our sanity. You may feel tearful, feel you have lost your sense of self, and worry about the effects of all of this on your marriage. I would like you to know that you are not alone and that the struggle to be a good parent, much less a 'perfect' parent, is daunting to say the least.

In addition to the daily demands upon us as mothers, we also can experience an emotional impact due to changes in hormones after having a child or due to the aging process.

Whatever your struggle I will be here to gently guide you through and to help you find the strength and insight within yourself to better manage and enjoy motherhood and life.
